This page is for all the members who contribute in any way to the ongoing process of keeping the PIPOA facility moving forward. Whether it's lending a hand onsite or behind the scenes everyone who helps out should know that their assistance is always appreciated.
A Gutter was added to the North West side of the building. Trim around the floors of the bathrooms hallway and under all the large windows has been installed and painted.
An oak saddle has replaced the "caution tape" where the floor and tile were not at the same level. A new saddle replaced the caution tape at the kitchen door.

The white walls and trim have been refreshed with new paint!
We received a donation of a new (used) Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher and they were installed. The overhead lights were cleaned and all paint smudges removed. The chair in the ladies room was reupholstered to match the curtain, and new generic curtains were donated and put up.
The volunteers this year did an outstanding job on the beach clean up! They removed all the unwanted foliage and pushed back the dune grass. More rocks and dune grass has been added to hold back some sand when flooding. All the ties were secured down to hopefully stay in place when flooding. Some sand was added in areas where needed

A paver walkway was installed which makes it easier to move the Garbage cans. The railroad ties were installed and secured
Large rocks were placed along with dune grass to help the loos of sand when it floods.
The front door had severe leakage, and 2 volunteers repaired the trim around the top of the door as well as the front tiles when

The front steps and all the railings have had a fresh coat of paint and looks amazing!
The back bricks are being painted as well
