Facilities

Use of the PIPOA facilities are for paid members ONLY. Please observe all rules and respect all other members that are utilizing the property at the same time as yourself.  

There are no animals allowed at any time on the PIPOA property.  Please keep the property clean of litter and waste. 

The beach is open at all times for those members.

1. No animals allowed on the beach at any time. 
2. Kayaks and Paddleboards are not for public use. These are personal items. 
3. Please remove any and all waste (food and beverage).

             Garbage cans are available on the side of the clubhouse. 

The clubhouse is to be reserved within this site. 

1. No smoking within the clubhouse facility. 
2. Kitchen is to be used for reserved events and shall be cleaned after any use. 
3. Tables and chairs are to be restacked and organized appropriately. 
4. Bathrooms shall be cleaned after each event. 
5. Prior to your reservation, you will receive a list of the PIPOA clubhouse responsibilities along with a request for a $100.00 cleaning deposit.
